Wedding Trolley Regulations
•DEPOSIT:
In order to hold a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of
$125.00 is due in office within 30 days of booking with the
signed contract or trolley will be canceled.
•PAYMENT:
Once the trolley is booked, payment must be received by the
due date indicated on contract. If payment is not received
by dates indicated, the trolley contract will be considered
forfeited and the trolley will be cancelled. NO refunds will
be given.
•DRIVER SERVICE FEE:
There will be a driver’s service fee included in the contract at time of booking.
•CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit is non-refundable and not transferable. If the
contract is cancelled from the date of signing contract to
90 days of the event, all but the deposit will be refunded.
If the contract is cancelled 89 days or less, no refund will
be given.
TROLLEY MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 26.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE TROLLEY!
•FOOD AND BEVERAGES:
Food and beverages may be consumed on the trolley. We ask
that you use plastic glassware and canned beverages. For
bridal parties we do allow champagne. We ask that you use
plastic glasses. You are responsible to clean up after your
group once the charter is over.
•DECORATIONS:
If you choose to decorate the trolley, NO tape may be used
on the trolley. All signs and decorations must be hung with
string. No writing on the windows is permitted. All
decorating ideas must be approved by office prior to the
trip date.
•Jones Travel assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for lost or
stolen articles.
